The guidance provides recommendations for Predetermined Change Control Plans (PCCPs), outlining the information needed to describe planned AI modifications, their development and validation, and their impact assessment. This approach aims to streamline the FDA review process and ensure continued device safety and effectiveness. The document, published December 4, 2024, is available online and via mail request. Public comments are accepted.
